Abstract (en)
A safety harness 10 comprises a pair of thigh straps 12, 14 forming closed loops and a belt 16 with a central attachment member 18. The size of each thigh strap 12, 14 may be adjusted by means of a retaining buckle 46 fixed to the belt 16 by a connecting strap 48, 50 and an adjusting strap 52 joined at its end 56 to the loop. The latter remains permanently closed during the adjustment. <??>Application: rock-climbing, pot-holing, abseiling. <IMAGE>

Un cuissard 10 de sécurité comporte une paire de tours de cuisses 12, 14 conformés en anneaux fermés et une ceinture 16 à organe d'accrochage 18 central. Le réglage de la taille de chaque tour de cuisse 12, 14 est opéré au moyen d'une boucle 46 de retenue fixée à la ceinture 16 par une sangle d'attache 48, 50 et une sangle de réglage 52 solidarisée par son extrémité 56 à l'anneau. Ce dernier reste fermé en permanence lors du réglage. Application : escalade, spéléologie, rappel le long d'une corde. <IMAGE>
