Abstract (en)
Blowing lance (1) for refining liquid metals contained in a receptacle by blowing a gas onto the metal bath comprising a rotary separator device (18) for dividing the flow of the refining gas into two substantially identical separate jets. The jets leave the head (3) of the lance at substantially equal angles in relation to the lengthwise axis of the lance (1) but in diametrically opposed directions in relation to the latter. <IMAGE>

Lance de soufflage (1) pour l'affinage de métaux liquides contenus dans un récipient par soufflage d'un gaz sur le bain métallique comprenant un dispositif séparateur (18) rotatif pour diviser le flux du gaz d'affinage en deux jets distincts sensiblement identiques. Les jets sortent de la tête (3) de lance à des angles sensiblement égaux par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la lance (1) mais dans des directions diamétralement opposées par rapport à celle-ci. <IMAGE>
