Abstract (en)
The load is, for example, a steel-strip coil; it encloses an approximately cylindrical hollow space which passes through it. The handling machine comprises a chassis (1), a main slide (7) supported on it and at least one lifting arm (10) supported on the main slide (7). The main slide (7) is displaceable in the horizontal direction. The lifting arm (10) is elongated, horizontal and parallel to the displacement direction of the main slide. The lifting arm (1) is displaceable in the vertical direction relative to the chassis (1) and/or the load is displaceable in the vertical direction relative to the ground. A horizontal rotary plate (5) is supported on the chassis (1) and is rotatable on it. The main slide (7) is supported on the rotary plate and is diametrically displaceable on it. In one end position of the main slide (7), the lifting arm (10) projects beyond the rotary plate (5); in the other end position it is retracted above the rotary plate (5). Swing-in and swing-out supports (12) can be arranged on a longitudinal side (11) of the chassis (1). An intermediate slide (14) can be supported on the rotary plate (5) and can be diametrically displaceable on it. The main slide (7) is then supported on the intermediate slide (14) and is displaceable on it. Die Last ist beispielsweise eine Stahlbandspule, sie umschliesst einen etwa zylindrischen Hohlraum, der sie durchquert. Die Umladevorrichtung umfasst ein Fahrgestell (1), einen darauf gestützten Hauptschlitten (7) und mindestens einen auf diesen gestützten Hebearm (10). Der Hauptschlitten (7) ist in horizontaler Richtung verschiebbar. Der Hebearm (10) ist länglich, horizontal und zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Hauptschlittens parallel. Der Hebearm (10) ist relativ zum Fahrgestell (1) und/oder die Last ist relativ zum Boden in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar. Eine horizontale Drehscheibe (5) ist auf das Fahrgestell (1) gestützt und darauf drehbar. Der Hauptschlitten (7) ist auf die Drehscheibe gestützt und darauf diametral verschiebbar. In der einen Endlage des Hauptschlittens (7) kragt der Hebearm (10) über die Drehscheibe (5) vor, in der anderen Endlage liegt er darüber zurückgezogen. An einer Längsseite (11) des Fahrgestells (1) können ein- und ausschwenkbare Stützen (12) angeordnet sein. Ein Zwischenschlitten (14) kann auf die Drehscheibe (5) gestützt und darauf diametral verschiebbar sein. Der Hauptschlitten (7) ist dann auf den Zwischenschlitten (14) gestützt und darauf verschiebbar. An jeder Längsseite (16) des Zwischenschlittens (14) kann mindestens eine Stütze (17) angeordnet sein. <IMAGE>
