The invention relates to a closure and container assembly having a neck, comprising complementary snap-fit means, characterised in that the neck has two successive snap-fit means having between them an annular groove carrying, set back, several embossings (20), which are uneven in number or a multiple of an uneven number, each having at least on one and the same side, to the left or to the right, a lateral bearing edge (21, 22) with one and the same tilt relative to the axis of the neck, the inside of the said closure having embossings (13) which snap fit into the said groove and, after possible rotation of the said closure, interact simultaneously with the said bearing edges (21, 22) of the embossings (20) of the said groove, giving rise to a downward translational movement of the said closure and its definitive snap-fitting. The invention applies to any closure fixed in a tamper-evident manner onto the neck of a container, in particular capsules with a shaft or "service capsules". <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un ensemble d'un bouchage et d'un récipient à goulot, comportant des moyens d'encliquetage complémentaires, caractérisé en ce que le goulot a deux moyens successifs d'encliquetage ayant entre eux une gorge annulaire portant en retrait plusieurs reliefs (20) de nombre impair ou multiple d'impair ayant chacun au moins d'un même côté à gauche ou à droite un bord d'appui latéral (21,22) d'une même inclinaison par rapport à l'axe du goulot, l'intérieur dudit bouchage ayant des reliefs (13) qui s'encliquetent dans ladite gorge et après éventuelle rotation dudit bouchage coopèrent simultanément avec lesdits bords d'appui (21,22) des reliefs (20) de ladite gorge en entraînant une translation vers le bas dudit bouchage et son encliquetage final. L'invention s'applique à tout bouchage fixé de façon inviolable sur le goulot d'un récipient, en particulier aux capsules à souche ou "capsules-service". <IMAGE>
