[origin: WO9103362A1] A polyurethane foam dosing apparatus comprises a mixing chamber hollowed out of a self-lubricating synthetic core (3) which is inserted into a hollow metal cylinder movably mounted on a support to form a detachable cartridge, and compressed at right angles to feeder ports in order to improve the tightness of the valve stem (8) and to prevent reagents from entering the mixing chamber when it is sealed by the valve stem (8).

L'appareil doseur de mousse de polyuréthane comporte une chambre de mélange alésée dans un noyau de matière synthétique auto-lubrifiante (3) enserré dans un cylindre métallique creux monté amoviblement sur un support, de manière à former une cartouche démontable et comprimée au droit d'orifices d'alimentation, afin d'améliorer l'étanchéité de la tige-soupape (8) et empêcher les infiltrations de réactifs à l'intérieur de la chambre de mélange, lorsque celle-ci est obturée par la tige-soupape (8).
