[origin: WO9201071A1] Device for rapidly repairing the headplate of a blast furnace in the region of the taphole insert characterized in that it comprises a sleeve (10) of a consumable material to be fixed on the nose of the sealing device by compression against the headplate of the blast furnace in the region of the taphole during the sealing process and also a component (14) of a refractory material which is preformed inside the sleeve so as to be compressed against the headplate by the sealing device and adhere to the surface of said headplate, thereby providing a refractory protective lining with a recoating action.

Dispositif permettant d'assurer une réfection rapide d'un placard de haut-fourneau au niveau de l'empreinte du trou de coulée caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte d'une part une virole (10) en matériau consommable destinée à être fixée sur le nez de la boucheuse, par écrasement sur le placard du haut-fourneau au niveau du trou de coulée lors du bouchage et d'autre part une pièce (14) en matériau réfractaire qui est préformé à l'intérieur de la virole de manière à être écrasée sur le placard par la boucheuse et à adhérer à la surface du placard constituant ainsi un revêtement réfractaire protecteur et regarnisseur.
