An edge mill for preparing ceramic materials, in particular brick clay, having a horizontal disc-shaped grinding face (10A) which rests on an edge rotor bed (10) which has passage openings, having an inner and an outer edge rotor (18, 19) and an inlet annular plate (22) is attached with spacing coaxially to a vertical shaft (12) which drives the edge rotors centrally, is driven from above and presses on the material for milling onto a chute (25) which also rotates with the vertical shaft (12) in such a way that the material, with the exception of that directly in front of the inner edge rotor, passes onto the grinding face.

Ein Kollergang für die Aufbereitung von keramischen Massen, insbesondere Ziegelton, mit einer horizontalen, kreisscheibenförmigen Mahlbahnfläche (10A), die auf einem mit Durchtrittsöffnungen aufweisenden Läuferbett (10) aufliegt, mit einem inneren und einem äußeren Läufer (18,19) und einer vertikalen, die Läufer zentrisch antreibenden und von oben her angetriebenen Königswelle (12) eine Einlauf-Ringscheibe (22) koaxial mit Abstand befestigt ist, welche das Mahlgut auf eine sich ebenfalls mit der Königswelle (12) mitdrehende Schurre (25) weitergibt, derart, daß das Material ausschließlich unmittelbar vor dem Innenläufer auf die Mahlbahnfläche gelangt.
