Abstract (en)
The cutter head has a cutter support which has along its periphery receiving grooves for cutters which are each held in the receiving groove by at least one pressure part (10). The pressure part (10) consists of at least two pressure pieces (29 to 35) which are axially adjacent to one another and bear against one another and which can be pressed against one another by an adjusting part (28) in such a way that the pressure part (10) exerts a clamping force in the direction of the cutter. The cutters are clamped in mechanical fashion by the pressure pieces (29 to 35) of the pressure part (10), so that expensive hydraulic clamping is dispensed with. The cutter support has a high strength and stability. The pressure parts (10) can be manufactured simply and adjusted with the aid of the adjusting part (28) relative to one another so that the particular cutter is thereby securely held. <IMAGE>

Der Messerkopf hat einen Messerträger, der längs seines Umfanges Aufnahmenuten für Messer hat, die jeweils mit mindestens einem Druckteil (10) in der Aufnahmenut gehalten sind. Das Druckteil (10) besteht aus mindestens zwei axial einander benachbarten, aneinanderliegenden Druckstücken (29 bis 35), die mit einem Stellteil (28) so gegeneinander drückbar sind, daß das Druckteil (10) eine Spannkraft in Richtung auf das Messer ausübt. Die Messer werden auf mechanische Art durch die Druckstücke (29 bis 35) des Druckteiles (10) gespannt, so daß eine aufwendige Hydrospannung entfällt. Der Messerträger hat eine hohe Festigkeit und Stabilität. Die Druckteile (10) lassen sich einfach herstellen und mit Hilfe des Stellteiles (28) so gegeneinander verstellen, daß dadurch das jeweilige Messer sicher gehalten wird. <IMAGE>
