Aktivator zum Mischen, Zerkleinern oder dergleichen, vorzugsweise zum Aktivieren von Materialien, mit mindestens zwei gegensinnig laufenden Rotoren, welche in konzentrischen Kreisen angeordnete Schlag- bzw. Arbeitswerkzeuge, vorzugsweise Platten oder Schaufeln tragen, die beidseitig an Ringscheiben der Rotoren befestigt sind, wobei die Arbeitswerkzeuge 6 radial im wesentlichen vom Innerand bis zum Außenrand der jeweiligen Ringscheiben 3 bis 5' verlaufen und die Zwischenräume zwischen den Ringscheiben abgedichtet sind und am radial inneren Ende der Arbeitswerkzeuge 6 Dichtelemente 8, beispielsweise flexible Platten oder Besenelemente, vorgesehen sind. <IMAGE>
