[origin: WO9104203A1] A complete container for workpieces of varying lengths consists of two container components (1, 1') which are identical in shape and design. Each component (1, 1') takes the form of a plastic or metal half-section with a substantially flat bottom (2, 2') and an edge (3, 3') open at the top on one side. Guideways for clamping strips (6, 9) are formed at the rear and bottom (2, 2') of the container components (1, 1'). The clamping strips (6, 9) are placed around the two container components (1, 1') surrounding the workpieces (10) at the front and tightened. A third clamping strip (11) is tightened transversely over the workpieces (19) clamped between the two container components (1, 1').

Un conteneur pour pièces à usiner de longueurs variables se compoose de deux éléments (1, 1') de forme et structure identiques. Chaque élément (1, 1') a la forme d'une semi-coque en matière plastique ou métallique avec un fond (2, 2') essentiellement plat et un bord (3, 3') ouvert d'un seul côté, c'est-à-dire vers le haut. Dans la partie postérieure ou fond (2, 2') des éléments (1, 1') dont se compose le conteneur sont façonnés des guides pour des bandes de serrage (6, 9). Les bandes de serrage (6, 9) sont posées autour des deux éléments (1, 1'), qui entourent la face frontale des pièces (10), puis serrées. Une troisième bande de serrage (11) est transversalement serrée sur les pièces (19) serrées par leur face frontale entre les deux éléments (1, 1') dont se compose le conteneur.
