A continuous press for producing and/or coating a multilayer plate web of prefabricated material has an upper strand and a lower strand of a continuously rotating steel pressing belt. A sliding lining extending over the width of the pressing region is provided with grooves. Each pressing belt slides by means of a lubricant, which is fed via feed lines in the sliding lining and is guided away through outlet openings. Provided at least in the two outer longitudinal edge regions of the sliding lining for the pressing belt are a plurality of non-interconnected grooves (7, 8, 10, 11) for swirling the lubricant. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine kontinuierliche Presse zum Herstellen und/oder Beschichten einer mehrlagigen Plattenbahn aus vorgefertigtem Material weist ein Obertrum und ein Untertrum eines endlos umlaufenden Preßbandes aus Stahl auf. Ein sich über die Breite des Preßbereichs erstreckender Gleitbelag ist mit Nuten versehen. Jedes Preßband gleitet mittels eines Gleitmittels, das über Zuführleitungen in dem Gleitbelag zugeführt und durch Abführöffnungen abgeführt wird. Wenigstens in den beiden äußeren Längsrandbereichen des Gleitbelages sind für das Preßband mehrere nicht miteinander verbundene Nuten (7, 8, 10, 11) zur Verwirbelung des Gleitmittels vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
