Abstract (en)

1. Double flat-spring contact with an external spring over it,   a) the double flat-spring contact having an essentially U-shaped spring arm base with a broad-side wall and an end-side wall, to which spring arm base claw arms are linked on the one side as stops for an electrical conductor wire and, on the other side, fork spring arms are linked which converge in the shape of an arc at the front edges of the broad-side walls and, in the culmination region of the arcs, form a contact region for a contact tongue of a mating contact, stop devices being provided in the contact region which project outwards and hold the converging fork spring arms at a specific distance,   b) the external spring over it having a box-shaped spring arm base which is seated in a fixed position, essentially in a positively locking manner, on the spring arm base of the double flat-spring contact, to the broad-side walls of which spring arm base converging fork arms of the spring over it are linked, which press from the outside against the fork spring arms of the double flat-spring contact, and   c) cladding in the form of sliding runners (11), which covers at least the stop devices (2) of the fork spring arms (3) of the double flat-spring contact (1), being arranged on the outer spring over it (10). <IMAGE>

1. Doppelflachfederkontakt mit Außenüberfeder, wobei a) der Doppelflachfederkontakt eine im wesentlichen U-förmige Federarmbasis mit Breitseiten- und einer Stirnseitenwandung aufweist, an die Federarmbasis auf der einen Seite Krallenarme zum Anschlagen eines elektrischen Leiterdrahts und auf der anderen Seite an die Vorderkanten der Breitseitenwandungen bogenförmig konvergierende Gabelfederarme angebunden sind, die im Kulminationsbereich der Bögen einen Kontaktbereich für eine Kontaktzunge eines Gegenkontakts bilden, wobei im Kontaktbereich nach außen überstehende, die konvergierenden Gabelfederarme auf einen bestimmten Abstand haltende Anschlageinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, b) die Außenüberfeder eine im wesentlichen formschlüssig auf der Federarmbasis des Doppelflachfederkontakts ortsfest sitzende, kastenförmige Federarmbasis aufweist, an deren Breitseitenwandungen konvergierende Überfedergabelarme angebunden sind, die von außen gegen die Gabelfederarme des Doppelflachfederkontakts drücken, und wobei, c) eine zumindest die Anschlageinrichtungen (2) der Gabelfederarme (3) des Doppelflachfederkontakts (1) abdeckende Verkleidung in Form von Gleitkufen (11) an der Außenüberfeder (10) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
