The invention relates to a deep-drawing machine suitable for moulding, filling and closing containers from a thermoplastic web (1) intermittently fed by means of a conveying device, having a moulding station (3), a filling station (6) as well as a closing and punching station (11), in which the moulding station is arranged ahead of the filling station, as a separate constructional unit, suitable for low-germ or aseptic filling of the containers, and/or is provided with a conveying device (4) of its own which is driven synchronously with a separate conveying device (13) of the closing and punching station (11). By the means according to the invention, a deep-drawing machine is obtained which is distinguished by a simplified and inexpensive construction with the possibility of a varied configuration as standard, low-germ or aseptic machine and which can be easily and optimally cleaned and/or sterilised. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine zum Formen, Füllen und Verschließen von Behältern aus einer mittels einer Fördereinrichtung taktweise transportierten thermoplastischen Kunststoffolienbahn (1) geeignete Tiefziehmaschine mit einer Formstation (3), einer Füllstation (6) sowie einer Verschließ- und Stanzstation (11), bei der die Formstation der zum keimarmen oder aseptischen Abfüllen der Behälter geeigneten Füllstation als separate Baueinheit vorgeschaltet und/oder mit einer eigenen Fördereinrichtung (4) versehen ist, die zu einer separaten Fördereinrichtung (13) der Verschließ- und Stanzstation (11) synchron angetrieben ist. Mit den Mitteln nach der Erfindung erhält man eine Tiefziehmaschine, die sich durch einen vereinfachten und preiswerten Aufbau mit der Möglichkeit einer vielfältigen Konfiguration als Standard, Keimarm- oder Aseptik-Maschine auszeichnet und die sich leicht und optimal reinigen und/oder sterilisieren läßt. <IMAGE>
