A device for punching strips of foils or sheets comprises an approximately horizontal pair (1, 2) of rolls, between which the metal strip (6) is transported, the upper roll (1) being provided with punches (3) and the lower roll (2) being provided with a covering (5) made of elastically flexible material into which the punches (3) of the upper roll (1) plunge, deforming the covering (5) and punching out holes from the strip (6). Also provided are guiding and conveyor rollers for the metal strip (6) situated ahead of and following the pair (1, 2) of rolls, the following rollers (17, 18 and 19) and/or the rolls preferably being driven. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Lochen von Bändern aus Folien oder Blech besteht aus einem etwa waagerecht liegenden Walzenpaar (1,2), zwischen dem das Metallband (6) hindurchtransportiert wird, wobei die obere Walze (1) mit Lochstempeln (3) versehen ist und die untere Walze (2) mit einem Belag (5) aus elastisch-flexiblen Material versehen ist, in den die Lochstempel (3) der oberen Walze (1) unter Verformung des Belages (5) und Ausstanzen von Löchern aus dem Band (6) eintauchen. Weiter vorgesehen sind dem Walzenpaar (1,2) vor- und nachgeordnete Führungs- und Transportrollen für das Metallband (6), wobei vorzugsweise die nachgeordneten Rollen (17,18 bzw.19) und/oder die Walzen angetrieben sind. <IMAGE>
