[origin: EP0492679A1] The dispensing properties of detergent compositions may be substantially improved by including in the compositions a small amount of an additive, said additive being a polyol which is completely esterified with fatty acids, the mean number of carbon atoms per fatty acid residue being at least 14. Triglycerides are preferred, tallow fat being especially preferred.
