[origin: JPH04285305A] PURPOSE: To increase the torsional rigidity of and obtain a compact structural shape of a profiled tube for working cylinders without a piston rod having a longitudinally extending cylinder chamber, a piston guided movably therein and connected to a pull means, and a carriage connected to the pull means and guided in slide guides arranged on the profiled tube, and guide the piston in a manner secured against turning. CONSTITUTION: A profiled tube 1 has a closed single-piece cross section. A cylinder chamber 4 has an elliptical cross section arranged within the cross section of the profiled tube 1. Longitudinally extending pressure-fluid guide channels 5 are arranged within the cross section of the profiled tube 1. Slide guides 12 are arranged along one of the outer longitudinal sides of the profiled tube 1 and are unitarily formed as a single piece therewith.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profilrohr für kolbenstangenlose Arbeitszylinder mit einem sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Zylinderraum und einem darin beweglich geführten, mit Zugmitteln verbundenen Kolben, und einem mit dem Zugmittel verbundenen in einer am Profilrohr angeordneten Gleitführung geführten Schlitten. Um bei einem Profilrohr für kolbenstangenlose Arbeitszylinder der gattungsgemäßen Art die Torsionssteifigkeit zu erhöhen, den Kolben verdrehgesichert zu führen und gleichzeitig eine kompakte Bauform zu erreichen, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß das Profilrohr (1) einen geschlossenen einstückigen Querschnitt aufweist, daß der Zylinderraum (4) einen innerhalb des Profilrohrquerschnittes angeordneten elliptischen Querschnitt aufweist, daß innerhalb des Profilrohrquerschnittes sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Druckmittelführungskanäle (5) angeordnet sind und daß die Gleitführung (12) an einer der Außenlängsseiten des Profilrohres (1) angeordnet und mit demselben einstückig verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
