Abstract (en)
The invention relates to novel prestressed concrete structural elements of the precast floor slab type, comprising a thin concrete slab fitted with internal prestressing reinforcements (tendons) (24) and delimited by a lower face (12), an upper face (14), two lateral edges (16) which are generally parallel to the reinforcements and two transverse ends. Each of the lateral edges (16) comprises a bevelled lower portion (18) cast (moulded) with the lower face (12) and an inclined upper portion (20) shaped by extrusion with the upper face (14). The invention also relates to a method and an apparatus for the manufacture of these structural elements. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne de nouveaux éléments de construction en béton précontraint du type prédalles comportant une plaque en béton de faible épaisseur, munie d'armatures internes de précontrainte (24), et délimitée par une face inférieure (12), une face supérieure (14), deux rives latérales (16) généralement parallèles aux armatures et deux abouts transversaux. Chacune des rives latérales (16) comporte une partie inférieure chanfreinée (18) venue de moulage avec la face inférieure (12) et une partie supérieure inclinée (20) conformée par filage avec la face supérieure (14). L'invention concerne également un procédé et une installation pour la fabrication de ces éléments de construction. <IMAGE>
