The device comprises a container (3) equipped, at the top, with an opening (4) on which is mounted a dispensing valve (11), and a flexible pouch (9) arranged inside the said container (3) in order to form a separation between the product (2) to be dispensed and a propellent means (14) capable of maintaining an internal pressure sufficient for the dispensing of the product. The active product (2) to be dispensed is located inside the flexible pouch (9) and the valve (11) has no plunger tube; a quantity of propellent means (14) is introduced into the volume (10) of the container (3) located around the flexible pouch (9); the flexible pouch (9) is produced from a membrane which is sufficiently permeable to allow maintenance of a balance of the gaseous pressure of the propellent means (14) between the volume (10) outside the pouch (9) and the inside of this pouch (9). <IMAGE>

Le dispositif comprend un récipient (3) muni, en partie haute, d'une ouverture (4) sur laquelle est montée une valve de distribution (11), et une poche souple (9) disposée à l'intérieur dudit récipient (3) pour établir une séparation entre le produit (2) à distribuer et un moyen propulseur (14) propre à maintenir une pression interne suffisante pour la distribution du produit. Le produit actif (2) à distribuer est situé à l'intérieur de la poche souple (9) et la valve (11) est dépourvue de tube plongeur ; une quantité de moyen propulseur (14) est introduite dans le volume (10) du récipient (3) situé autour de la poche souple (9) ; la poche souple (9) est réalisée en une membrane suffisamment perméable pour permettre de maintenir un équilibre de la pression gazeuse du moyen propulseur (14) entre le volume (10) extérieur à la poche (9) et l'intérieur de cette poche (9). <IMAGE>
