[origin: EP0494029A1] The subject of the invention is a panel of the type comprising an external metal skin (1) fixed to a reinforcing structure, characterised in that the said reinforcing structure consists of a folded metal sheet (2) cut-out and/or deformed perpendicularly to its plane so as to obtain a three-dimensional structure defining, at least on the side facing the said external skin (1), a plurality of appropriate contact, surface and distribution points disposed in the same plane, the said three-dimensional structure having an overall thickness of several millimetres, means being provided for attaching the external skin (1)/reinforcement (2) assembly to a bearing framework (5, 21).
