[origin: WO9012993A1] Disclosed is a multi-tube heat exchanger with a container, an inlet space for the heating stream flowing into the heat-exchange tubes, a part-stream tube passing approximately through the centre of the heat exchanger, parallel to the heat-exchange pipes, an outlet space for the heating stream flowing out of the heat-exchange pipes, a discharge space connected to the outlet space by at least one aperture, a control chamber, assciated with the stream exting from the part-stream pipe, which has at least one externally actuated control element disposed in the control chamber. To simplify sealing, the control elements (9; 34, 35, 36) can be rotated about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the part-stream tube by means of a shaft (14; 37) mounted so that is projects radially out through the container wall (1a).

Dans le cas d'un échangeur thermique à faisceau tubulaire comportant un récipient, une chambre d'arrivée pour le flux de surface chauffante entrant dans les tubes d'échange, un tube de flux partiel traversant l'échangeur thermique de manière sensiblement centrée et parallèlement aux tubes d'échange, une chambre de sortie pour le flux de surface chauffante sortant des tubes d'échange, une chambre d'évacuation reliée par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une ouverture de raccordement à la chambre de sortie, une chambre de réglage attribuée au bout de sortie du tube de flux partiel avec au moins un élément régulateur disposé dans ladite chambre de réglage et réglable de l'extérieur, il est prévu pour simplifier l'effort d'étanchéisation que l'élément régulateur (9; 34, 35, 36) puisse pivoter autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe du tube de flux partiel au moyen d'un arbre (14; 37) guidé radialement vers l'extérieur à travers la paroi du récipient (1a).
