[origin: EP0494818A1] The invention, applicable particularly to oil reservoirs for aircraft engines, relates to a locking device (29) connecting an oil feed device (13) to a discharge device (21) for an oil overflow. This locking device ensures the non-functioning of the feed device unless the discharge pipe (22) has been connected to a discharge tube (24) belonging to the discharge device. The locking device comprises a locking element (30) able on the one hand to fit into the notch (18c) of the slide (18) sliding inside the feed tube (16), in order to prevent the passage of any oil inside this tube, and on the other hand to disengage itself from this same notch when the discharge pipe is connected up, thereby permitting the passage of the oil between the feed pipe (14) and the reservoir itself. <IMAGE>
