[origin: WO9201015A1] In the state of the art, windings are fixed by impregnation with radically polymerizable compositions, followed by thermal curing. The process and device disclosed involve the curing by energy-rich radiation of the exposed surface of the impregnated windings between their impregnation and the thermal curing of the radically polymerizable composition. The emissions occuring during thermal fixation are thus strongly reduced, so that the operation is particularly harmless to environment.

Dans l'état antérieur de la technique, des enroulements sont fixés par imprégnation avec des mélanges à polymérisation radicalaire, suivie d'un durcissement thermique. Selon le procédé et le dispositif décrits, la surface exposée des enroulements imprégnés est durcie par un rayonnement riche en énergie, entre leur imprégnation et le durcissement thermique du mélange à polymérisation radicalaire. Les émissions qui se produisent pendant le fixage thermique sont ainsi fortement réduites, ce qui permet de travailler de manière particulièrement non polluante.
