[origin: EP0495364A2] Using a colour-photographic negative recording material, which contains, for at least one of the blue, green and red spectral regions, a laminate containing silver halide, consisting of a plurality of part layers, and colour coupler, and consisting of at least one central part layer B and part layers A, A', A'', A''', ..., located above and below, the central part layer B having a sensitivity which is at least 3 DIN higher than that of any of the part layers A, A', A'', A''', ..., and the part layer B containing a DIR compound which is capable of releasing an inhibitor having a diffusibility of not less than 0.4, low colour graininess and high interimage effects are obtained together with a reduced application of silver halide.
