[origin: EP0354305A2] A dartboard consists of a frame (2) which within itself limits a plurality of zones, in each of which a spring-loaded segment (14, 24) is guided so as to be axially displaceable. So that a reliable hit indication is guaranteed even when the dart hits off-centre, pins (12, 22) are mounted in the frame (2) so as to be axially displaceable and bear with their front side on the rear side of the segments (14, 24), the pins (12, 22) being so spring-loaded (12', 44) that they endeavour to move the segments (14, 24) forwards (Figure 4). <IMAGE>
[origin: EP0354305A2] The dartboard comprises a frame (2) forming a number of sections, in each of which a spring-loaded segment (14) slides in the axial direction. Pins (12, 22), sliding axially in the frame, bear via their forward ends against the rear faces of the segments. They are spring-loaded to thrust the segments forwards. Lugs (15) are pref. provided on the segments, limiting their forward movement.
