The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of parquet flooring (2) formed from parquet fillets (1) and intended for subsequent application to a base, and also to an apparatus for the manufacture of parquet flooring (2). To achieve a joint closure, which is as exact as possible, between adjacent parquet fillets (1) of the parquet flooring (2), provision is made for the parquet fillets (1), to the longitudinal sides and end faces of which glue has been previously applied, to be conveyed in at least two paths next to one another through a heating section (5) in order to activate the glue, a lateral pressing force being simultaneously exerted, and subsequently through a cooling section (8) in order to cure the glue, a vertical, surface pressing force being exerted on the parquet fillets (1) in such a way that they are pressed against one another by way of their end faces in a joint-sealing manner by means of the conveying force. <IMAGE>

Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer aus Parkett-Riemchen (1) gebildeten Parkett-Decke (2) zum nachfolgenden Aufbringen auf einen Träger sowie um eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Parkett-Decke (2). Zur Erreichung eines möglichst exakten Fugenschlusses zwischen aneinandergrenzenden Parkett-Riemchen (1) der Parkett-Decke (2) ist es vorgesehen, daß die zuvor an ihren an Längs- und Stirnseiten beleimten Parkett-Riemchen (1) in wenigstens zwei Bahnen nebeneinander durch eine Heizstrecke (5) zur Aktivierung des Leimes unter gleichzeitigem Ausüben eines seitlichen Anpreßdruckes und nachfolgend durch eine Kühlstrecke (8) zum Aushärten des Leimes gefördert werden, wobei auf die Parkett-Riemchen (1) ein senkrechter, flächiger Anpreßdruck ausgeübt wird, derart, daß sie vermittels der Förderkraft mit ihren Stirnseiten fugendicht aneinandergedrückt werden. <IMAGE>
