Abstract (en)
In the erectable insert for folding boxes for packaging hollow bodies, such as bottles, ampoules and the like, the insert consists of a single-piece blank which has a base area (1) connected in an articulated manner (folding edges (6)) to two side surfaces (2, 3) arranged opposite each other. The side surfaces (2, 3) are each divided into four partial regions (7, 8, 9, 10) running parallel to one another and bounded by joints (4, 5, 6). The partial regions (7) adjoining the base area (1) form side walls of the insert in the erected state. The partial regions (8, 9) are provided with cutouts (11, 12) to receive the hollow bodies (17) and the partial regions (10), lying on the outside on the still unfolded blank, are attached to the base area (1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei dem aufrichtbaren Formeinsatz für Faltschachteln zum Verpacken von Hohlkörpern, wie Flaschen, Ampullen und dergleichen, besteht der Formeinsatz aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt, der eine Basisfläche (1) aufweist, die mit zwei gegenüberliegend angeordneten Seitenflächen (2, 3) gelenkig (Faltkanten (6)) verbunden ist. Die Seitenflächen (2, 3) sind in je vier durch Gelenke (4, 5, 6) begrenzte parallel zueinander verlaufende Teilbereiche (7, 8, 9, 10) aufgeteilt. Die an die Basisfläche (1) angrenzenden Teilbereiche (7) bilden im aufgerichteten Zustand Seitenwände des Formeinsatzes. Die Teilbereiche (8, 9) sind mit Ausnehmungen (11, 12) zur Aufnahme der Hohlkörper (17) versehen und die am noch ungefalteten Zuschnitt außenliegenden Teilbereiche (10) sind an der Basisfläche (1) befestigt. <IMAGE>
