The invention relates to an improved closure device for containers. According to the invention, when the lid (4) is in its folded-down closed position, its grasping end (11, 12) is protected and hidden behind a strip (5) which can be torn off and which makes up part of the cap body (3) which covers the top of the bottle (1) and which also protects the lid around its rear hinged end (9, 10). L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture améliorée pour récipients. Selon l'invention le couvercle (4) dans la position rabattue de fermeture a son extrémité (11,12) de préhension qui est protégée et cachée derrière une bande déchirable (5) faisant partie du corps de capsule (3) qui coiffe le flacon (1) et qui protège également le couvercle vers son extrémité arrière d'articulation (9,10). L'invention s'applique notamment aux récipients destinés à contenir des denrées alimentaires cosmétiques ou autres. <IMAGE>
