[origin: WO9104384A1] The device covers a lock fitted to each door and operable by a key, the locking component (22) of which is pivoted on the door and of which the securing component (16) co-operating with the lock is fixed to the coachwork near the door aperture, in which the locking component is one which is spring-loaded towards the unlocked position and engages by means of a hook-shaped projection with the rod-like securing component in the locked position. The locking component has two detents enclosing an angle in relation to its pivot which co-operate with counter-detents, spring-loaded towards the ratchet position, of a pivotable locking component. To permit a device of such a construction to be motor-operated as well, the lock has a motorised actuating component (50) which pivots the locking component into its locked position to lock the door and, to unlock it, moves the locking component against the force of the spring and thus disengages the detent and counter-detent.

Le dispositif est composé d'une serrure montée sur chaque portière et actionnée par une clef. La serrure comporte un élément de blocage (22) mantenu de manière pivotante sur la porte et un élément de maintien (16) co-opérant avec ce dernier et fixé à la carrosserie à proximité de l'ouverture de la porte. L'élément de blocage est constitué par un composant à ressort pour la fermeture de la porte qui s'engage, dans sa position de fermeture, dans l'élément de blocage en forme de tenon, grâce à une protubérance en forme de crochet. L'élément de blocage comporte deux éléments à crans qui font un angle par rapport à leur axe de pivotement; lesdits éléments co-opèrent avec des éléments à crans correspondants qui sont ramenés par un ressort à leur position d'encliquetage. Afin de permettre l'actionnement dudit dispositif également à l'aide d'un moteur, la serrure est munie d'un élément d'actionnement motorisé (50) qui pivote vers sa position de fermeture pour former la porte, et qui, pour ouvrir la porte, déplace l'élément de blocage contre la force du ressort, de sorte que les éléments à crans et leurs éléments correspondants sont mutuellement dégagés.
