[origin: JPH04319275A] PURPOSE: The first connector part with the second connector part constitutes a connector. To make the first connector part simple, and to make it possible for injection molding, by thrusting the contact tip of the second connector part through the hole of the first connector out to the space part. CONSTITUTION: When the conductor end 16 of a copper wire 13 is inserted into a space 20 of a first connector 10, the end 16 slides into a space 19 guided by a hole 22. Contact tips 14, 15 of a second connector part 11 which constitute a connector with the connector part 10 via parallel windows 23 and 24 of the space 19 and make a contact with the end 16 which can waver freely. By the construction not providing these tips 14, 15 on the connector part 10, the shape of the first connector part can be made simple, and injection molding is available.

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist ein Steckverbinder, insbesondere zur lösbaren Verbindung elektrischer Leiter, mit einem jeweils ein Isolierstoffgehäuse umfassenden Steckerteil und einem Kupplungsteil, deren einer mit mindestens einer Aufnahme zum Anschluß wenigstens eines Leiters, insbesondere in Form einer Flachbandleitung, versehen ist und im wesentlichen kraftfrei mit dem anderen Verbinderteil zusammensteckbar sowie dort in eine Kupplungs-Endlage schwenkbar ist, in der dem ersten Verbinderteil zugeordnete Kontaktflächen in leitende Verbindung mit dem zweiten Verbinderteil zugeordnete Kontaktflächen treten. Um einen solchen Steckverbinder insbesondere hinsichtlich des ersten Verbinderteils wesentlich zu vereinfachen, ist die mindestens eine Aufnahme des ersten Verbinderteils im Zuordnungsbereich zu den Kontaktflächen des zweiten Verbinderteils zumindest teiloffen ausgeführt, und jeder Leiter bildet selbst die dem ersten Verbinderteil zugeordnete Kontaktfläche aus. Daher sind in diesem Verbinderteil keine metallischen Kontaktelemente vorgesehen, so daß es ausschließlich aus einem Isolierstoffkörper bestehen kann. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
