Unwinding devices for reels (21) are known, having two posts (1, 2) disposed at a distance from each other, in each of which a clamping head (18), which can be retracted into the sleeve of the reel (21), is mounted so as to be rotatable. In order to raise the reels (21), the clamping heads (18) can be vertically moved by means of a lifting drive (23, 24). <??>According to the invention a bearing housing (16) is mounted in each of the posts (1, 2), which are movable transversely to the direction of web travel, so that said bearing housing can be raised and lowered, and on which is attached a clamping head (18). The lift drive (piston-cylinder unit 23, 24) acts on the bearing housing (16) symmetrically to the vertical (29) through the axis of rotation (22) of the clamping head (18). This avoids torques around an axis parallel to the axis of rotation (22) thus permitting a simplification of the design. <IMAGE>

Es sind Abrollvorrichtungen für Wickelrollen (21) bekannt, die zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Ständer (1,2) aufweisen, in denen jeweils ein in die Hülse der Wickelrolle (21) einfahrbarer Spannkopf (18) drehbar gelagert ist. Zum Anheben der Wickelrollen (21) sind die Spannköpfe (18) mittels eines Hubantriebs (23,24) vertikal bewegbar. Nach der Erfindung ist in den quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung verfahrbaren Ständern (1,2) jeweils ein Lagergehäuse (16) heb- und senkbar gelagert, an dem ein Spannkopf (18) befestigt ist. Der Hubantrieb (Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 23, 24) greift an dem Lagergehäuse (16) symmetrisch zur Senkrechten (29) durch die Drehachse (22) des Spannkopfes (18) an. So werden Drehmomente um eine Achse parallel zur Drehachse (22) vermieden und so eine Vereinfachung der Konstruktion ermöglicht. <IMAGE>
