[origin: JPH04313444A] PURPOSE: To provide a device for a negative pressure molding type which is provided with caissons for supporting pattern-plates and reduces the course and quantity of motion and a method therefor. CONSTITUTION: This device includes the frame 10 with an aperture 11 for supporting the caissons 30, 40 having large compartments 32, 42 having fitting grooves 321, 421 for fitting the pattern-plates 50, 60 and small compartments 33, 43 having suction ports via a stationary shaft. These caissons are connected to a vacuum source by flexible piping 322, 422, 332, 432 controlled by electromagnetic type control valves 323, 423, 333, 433. The assembly is arranged around the framing having hollow ribs and filters connected to the vacuum source by a set port together with thermal moldings of polymer films 91, 92.

L'invention concerne un dispositif et procédé de fabrication, en continu, de moules de fonderie en matériau granulaire. Le dispositif comporte un bâti (10) à lumières (11) supportant, par l'intermédiaire de tourillons (31), des caissons (30,40) à grands compartiments (42) à feuillures (421), dans lesquelles s'encastre les plaques-modèles (60), et à petits compartiments (43) à orifices d'aspirations (431) ; lesdits caissons étant reliés à une source de vide par des tuyauteries souples, contrôlées par des électrovannes ; l'ensemble étant disposé, avec thermoformage d'un film polymère (92), autour d'une armature (70) à nervure creuse (74) et filtre (741), reliée à une source de vide par un embout (75).
