[origin: WO9106740A1] The description relates to a process and device for combining two sheets of glass (1, 2) to form an insulating glass pane by injecting a bead (9) of substances in paste form into the space between the two glass sheets. For this purpose a nozzle (3) is used which is taken around the pair of sheets by an automatic handling device which mutually moves the nozzle (3) and the two glass sheets. During this process the nozzle penetrates into the intermediate space in such a way that its aperture (8) faces away from the direction of movement. When, at the end of the injection process, the nozzle (3) approaches the beginning (12) of the bead, it is stopped and directed, especially by being pivoted by a quarter turn about a spindle (14) on the outer edge of the bead (9), in such a way that its aperture (8) points into the intermediate space. The nozzle (3) is then again moved along the edge of the glass sheets to close the remaining gap (13).

Il est décrit un procédé et un dispositif pour l'assemblage de deux panneaux de verre (1, 2) en une plaque de verre isolant par injection d'un boudin (9) en matières pâteuses dans l'interstice entre les deux panneaux de verre. Pour cela est utilisée une buse (3), laquelle est menée autour de la paire de panneaux de verre au moyen d'un dispositif de manipulation automatique, lequel déplace la buse (3) et la paire de panneaux de verre l'une par rapport à l'autre. A cette occasion, la buse plonge dans l'interstice de telle sorte que sa bouche (8) est opposée au sens du déplacement (13). Lorsque, à la fin du processus d'injection, la buse (3) s'approche du début (12) du boudin, elle est arrêtée et orientée, en particulier d'un quart de tour autour d'un axe (14) se trouvant au bord externe du boudin (9), de telle façon que sa bouche (8) est dirigée ensuite vers l'intérieur de la plaque de verre. Ensuite la buse (3) est déplacée le long du bord des panneaux de verre pour refermer l'interstice (13) restant.
