A cross or block bottom valve bag is described with a filling valve which is inserted in the region of a valve-forming corner tuck (4), and which has a valve tube (8) that can be pushed onto the filling stub (16) of a valve bag filling device (17) and projects into the bag interior. A partition of filter material is inserted between the underside of the valve tube (8) facing the corner tuck (4) and the upper side of the corner tuck (4), is normally held in a plane parallel to the valve tube (8) and corner tuck (4), and is deformable into a functional position forming an air discharge window (15) by the raised air pressure prevailing in the bag interior during filling of filling material via the filling stub (16) of the filling device (17). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es ist ein Kreuz- oder Klotzbodenventilsack mit einem im Bereich eines ventilbildenden Eckeinschlags (4) eingearbeiteten Füllventil beschrieben, das einen auf den Füllstutzen (16) einer Ventilsack-Füllvorrichtung (17) aufschiebbaren, in das Sackinnere hineinragenden Ventilschlauch (8) aufweist. Zwischen der dem Eckeinschlag (4) zugewandten Unterseite des Ventilschlauches (8) und der Oberseite des Eckeinschlags (4) ist eine Trennwand aus Filtermaterial eingearbeitet, die normalerweies in einer parallelen Ebene zum Ventilschlauch (8) und Eckeinschlag (4) gehalten und während des Einfüllens von Füllgut über den Füllstutzen (16) der Füllvorrichtung (17) unter dem im Sackinneren herrschenden Luftüberdruck zu einer ein Entlüftungsfenster (15) bildenden Funktionsstellung verformbar ist. <IMAGE>
