[origin: EP0498161A1] The invention relates to a flexible push-button switch, in which a spacer layer (4), which separates the contact surfaces (3, 6) from one another, is provided between two insulating material layers (2, 5) which are provided between electrical switch contact surfaces (3, 6) that are of annular construction. When pressure is exerted on an operating push-button (12), an actuating element (8) which is connected thereto produces a snap effect which brings the contact surfaces (3, 6) into contact with the insulating material layers (2, 5). <IMAGE>
