The present invention relates to a closure cap for a plastic closure having a screw cap (2), a strap (4) for lifting and a retaining ring (5), the screw cap (2), strap (4) and retaining ring (5) being connected together in one piece and at least partially by tabs (8) which can be torn by hand. In order to design such a closure cap so that handling can be more easily understood and managed by the user, it being possible additionally to manufacture the sealing cap simply with the greatest possible material saving, it is proposed according to the invention that the projection of the strap (4) into the plane of the upper edge of the retaining ring (5) does not overlap with this upper edge of the retaining ring and that the upper edge of the retaining ring (5) has a discontinuity for a grip tab (7) of the strap, which grip tab faces outwards in a radial direction. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlußkappe für einen Kunststoffverschluß mit einer Schraubkappe (2), einem Bügel (4) zum Hochziehen und einem Haltering (5), wobei Schraubkappe (2), Bügel (4) und Haltering (5) einstückig und mindestens teilweise durch von Hand zerreißbare Laschen (8) miteinander verbunden sind. Um eine solche Verschlußkappe so zu gestalten, daß die Handhabung für den Verbraucher klarer zu erkennen und zu bewerkstelligen ist, wobei die Verschlußkappe außerdem auch möglichst materialsparend und einfach herstellbar sein soll, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die Projektion des Bügels (4) in die Ebene des oberen Randes des Halteringes (5) nicht mit diesem oberen Rand des Halteringes überlappt und daß der obere Rand des Halteringes (5) eine Unterbrechung für eine in radialer Richtung nach außen weisende Grifflasche (7) des Bügels hat. <IMAGE>
