Abstract (en)
In the manufacture of mouldings based on mineral wool according to the known vacuum moulding process there is the difficulty that the mouldings are not readily ejected from the mould. These difficulties are overcome if moulds according to the invention are used which are manufactured from a porous, permeable material with a mean pore size or a free passage cross-section with a diameter up to 50 mu m. The manufacture of such moulds from sintered metals or metal mesh laminates has proven especially suitable. <IMAGE>

Bei der Herstellung von Formteilen auf Mineralwollebasis nach dem bekannten Vakuumformverfahren besteht die Schwierigkeit, daß sich die Formteile schwer aus der Form ausformen lassen. Diese Schwierigkeiten werden überwunden, wenn gemäß der Erfindung Formen verwandt werden, die aus einem porösen, durchlässigen Material mit einer mittleren Porenstärke bzw. einem freien Durchlaßquerschnitt mit einem Durchmesser bis zu 50 µm hergestellt sind. Als besonders zweckmäßig hat sich die Herstellung solcher Formen aus Sintermetallen oder Metallgitterlaminaten erwiesen. <IMAGE>
