[origin: EP0499524A1] Nozzle for deposition of thin layers on glass by the process of pyrolysis starting with a gas, known as CVD. <??>The invention provides a nozzle which can be installed above a moving sheet of glass (10) which has regions of unequal lengths (40, 42) in which the deposition can take place and arranged upstream and downstream of the gas delivery (38). <??>The nozzle according to the invention permits the deposition of coating layers which are thick and/or require large quantities of gas. <IMAGE>
