Abstract (en)
The heat-insulating connecting element for cantilever plates has an insulating body (11), a lower layer of straight reinforcing bars (13) and an upper layer of straight reinforcing bars (15). Each reinforcing bar (13) and each reinforcing bar (15) are arranged at a distance above one another and form a pair. Pairs of reinforcing bars (13, 15) are arranged at a lateral distance from one another. The reinforcing bars (13, 15) are connected at their ends to an end plate (21) by nuts (23). Two crossbars (25, 27) are arranged on each side of the insulating body (11) and at a distance therefrom. These crossbars are connected to one another by means of connecting elements in the form of vertical plates. The plates (29) serve for transmitting the shearing forces. The whole construction has no welds. The reinforcing bars (13, 15) have, in the centre, a coating (17) as protection against corrosion. The plates (29) also have such a coating. <IMAGE>

Das wärmedämmende Kragplattenanschlusselement besitzt einen Isolationskörper (11) eine untere Lage von geraden Armierungseisen (13) und eine obere Lage von geraden Armierungseisen (15). Je ein Armierungseisen (13) und ein Armierungseisen (15) sind in einem Abstand übereinander angeordnet und bilden ein Paar. Paare von Armierungseisen (13, 15) sind in seitlichem Abstand voneinander angeordnet. Die Armierungseisen (13, 15) sind an ihren Enden mit einer Endplatte (21) mit Muttern (23) verbunden. Auf jeder Seite des Isolationskörpers (11) und in einem Abstand davon sind zwei Querstäbe (25, 27) angeordnet. Diese Querstäbe werden durch Verbindungselemente in Form von vertikalen Platten miteinander verbunden. Die Platten (29) dienen der Uebertragung der Schubkräfte. Die ganze Konstruktion weist keine Schweissstellen auf. Die Armierungseisen (13, 15) besitzen in der Mitte eine Beschichtung (17) als Korrosionsschutz. Auch die Platten (29) weisen eine solche Beschichtung auf. <IMAGE>
