[origin: EP0499678A1] An optical device serves to project bar-code targets arranged on a target wheel (16) onto the detectors of a multiline scanning device arranged on a turntable (38). In this case, a collimator (12) projects the bar targets onto the detectors of the scanning device via a movable deflecting mirror (30).
