[origin: EP0499918A2] In a tank with an inner liner, even materials which are difficult to store and are to be protected against air and other substances can be safely stored if the inner liner is fastened to the rising pipe in such a way as to sheath the latter. This enables the material to be effectively stored against the subsequent flow of air, the through-flow bore being placed and arranged in such a way that the air passing the through-flow bore flows in between the inner liner and the inner wall and thus without being able to reach the material which has lasted in the inner liner. <IMAGE>
