Abstract (en)
So-called bending coilers are disposed behind wire treatment machines for bending the finished treated wire, said bending coilers, on the one hand, deforming the continuously fed wire into contiguous coils and, on the other hand, receiving these wire coils in baskets or reels. In order to ensure the most constant possible operation, i.e. to reduce to a minimum the down-times during replacement of the filled baskets (9) or receiving reels (7a; 7b), the coiling arm (1) of the bending coiler is designed so that it can be extended or pivoted so that it is brought optionally to one of the two receiving reels in alternation. <IMAGE>

Hinter Drahtbehandlungsmaschinen werden zum Biegen des fertig behandelten Drahtes sogenannte Biegewickler angeordnet, welche einerseits den fortlaufend anfallenden Draht in aneinanderhängende Windungen verformen und andererseits diese Drahtwindungen in Körben oder Haspeln aufnehmen. Um einen möglichst stetigen Betriebsablauf zu gewährleisten, d.h. die Stillstandszeiten beim Wechseln der gefüllten Körbe (9) oder Aufnahmehaspeln (7a; 7b) auf ein Mindestmaß zu reduzieren, wird der Biegewickelarm (1) des Biegewicklers verfahrbar bzw. schwenkbar ausgebildet, so daß er wahlweise zu einem der beiden Aufnahmehaspeln im Wechsel gebracht wird. <IMAGE>
