Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0501444A2] The invention relates to a radiator, preferably a radiating ceiling plate, made from a plurality of heat-exchanging elements which are situated next to one another and connected in parallel and/or behind one another on the side of a flowing medium, and whose supply and drainage is connected in each case to a continuous manifold in which elastic separating plugs, preferably made from rubber or plastic, are arranged in order to subdivide the manifold into individual line sections. In order to develop a radiator of the type described at the beginning so as to prevent undesired displacements of the separating plugs, the separating plugs (3) are fixed in a form-locking fashion against displacement in the manifold (2) by means of stop surfaces constructed in the interior of the manifold (2). <IMAGE>
