Abstract (en)
Device for applying adhesive according to the invention makes it possible to guarantee a correct application of adhesive to a paper web (2) while controlling the quality or the viscosity of the adhesive and the dimension of the stock (30) milled between the two rolls (10, 12) of the said device. <??>For this purpose the feeding of the stock with adhesive is done by feed nozzles (34a, 34b) ejecting fine jets of adhesive (35a, 35b) at a controlled flow rate. In the event of increase in the measured viscosity or of stoppage of the paper web, a water spraying device (40) makes it possible to lower the viscosity value of the adhesive and to prevent its drying. A dimension of the said stock is controlled and determines the control of the flow rate of adhesive in the feed nozzles. <IMAGE>

Le dispositif d'encollage selon l'invention permet de garantir un encollage correct d'un ruban de papier (2), en contrôlant la qualité, respectivement la viscosité de la colle ainsi que la dimension du boudin (30) malaxé entre les deux rouleaux (10,12) dudit dispositif. Pour ceci, l'alimentation en colle du boudin se fait par des buses d'alimentation (34a,34b) projetant de fins jets de colle (35a,35b) de débit contrôlé. En cas d'augmentation de la viscosité mesurée ou d'arrêt du ruban de papier, un dispositif de pulvérisation d'eau (40) permet d'abaisser la valeur de la viscosité de la colle et d'éviter son desséchement. Une dimension dudit boudin est contrôlée et commande le réglage du débit des buses d'alimentation en colle. <IMAGE>
