[origin: EP0503140A2] A device has been invented with which the moulds of a revolving roof tile press can be exchanged. To this end, the device has an endless conveyor of the paternoster type, the carrying trays of which revolve step by step in a plane perpendicular to the rotational axis of the drum. In addition, a transfer device which transfers used bottom-half moulds from the press drum onto the endless conveyor and new bottom-half moulds from the endless conveyor to the press drum by means of a gripper arm is provided.
