Abstract (en)
In order to protect shaft, mine and tunnel constructions, in their development phase, against earth and water invasions, the earth is strengthened in the surroundings of the works by freezing. In particular when the freezing procedures are integrated into the continuous construction operation, delays and operational standstills in the subsequent works can come about freezing is too slow. For the purpose of accelerating the freezing, water is extracted from the earth by delivery wells (4) before or during freezing. Um Schacht-, Gruben- und Tunnelbauwerke in ihrer Entstehungsphase vor Erd- und Wassereinbrüchen zu schützen, wird das Erdreich im Umfeld der Objekte durch Gefrieren verfestigt. Insbesondere dann, wenn die Gefrierarbeiten im laufenden Baubetrieb integriert sind, kann es bei zu langsamen Gefrieren zu Verzögerungen und Betriebsstillständen bei den Folgegewerken kommen. Zwecks Beschleunigung des Gefrierens wird dem Erdreich vor oder während des Gefrierens Wasser durch Förderbrunnen (4) entzogen. Das Wasser wird durch ein Kühlmittel abgekühlt, vorzugsweise auf eine Temperatur nahe 0°C, und durch Schluckbrunnen (5) dem Erdreich wieder zugeführt. <IMAGE>
