2.1. The cleaning of known vacuum presses is hindered or complex since the parts coming into contact with the compound are inaccessible or only accessible with difficulty. Optimum accessibility of all compound-contacting parts is to be ensured by the invention. <??>2.2. The object is achieved in that the press housing is composed of detachably designed housing elements, the pivotable cylinder halves (5) of the prepress being connected via a flange joint (4; 8) to a screen plate holder (3) which is mounted so as to be capable of swivelling, and said screen plate holder can be joined to the vertically movable and swivellable vacuum chamber (1). <??>2.3. The vacuum press according to the invention can be used both in the ceramics industry and in other sectors where quality requirements made of the compound to be extruded require a relatively frequent and thorough cleaning of the vacuum press. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
2.1. Bei den bekannten Vakuumpressen ist eine Reinigung derselben erschwert bzw. aufwendig, da die mit Masse in Berührung kommenden Teile nicht oder nur schwer zugänglich sind. Durch die Erfindung soll eine optimale Zugänglichkeit aller masseberührenden Teile gewährleistet werden. 2.2. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Pressengehäuse aus lösbar ausgebildeten Gehäuseelementen zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die klappbaren Zylinderhälften (5) der Vorpresse über eine Flanschverbindung (4;8) an einem schwenkbeweglich gelagerten Siebplattenhalter (3) angeschlossen und dieser mit der vertikal beweg- und schwenkbaren Vakuumkammer (1) verbindbar ist. 2.3. Die erfindungsgemäße Vakuumpresse ist sowohl in der keramischen Industrie als auch in anderen Branchen einsetzbar, wo an die zu extrudierende Masse gestellten Qualitätsansprüche eine relativ häufige und gründliche Reinigung der Vakuumpresse erfordern. <IMAGE>
