Abstract (en)
The heald stave of a heald frame for a weaving machine of flat profile is constructed as a sandwich with a light sandwich core (15) and with covering layers (16) connected to it and consisting of composite thermoplastic with industrial filaments. Arranged on the outside of the profile is a rigid longitudinal reinforcement (17) and on the inside a supporting rail (18) which are both firmly connected mechanically to the covering layer (16). This produces simply constructed light and rigid heald staves and heald frames. <IMAGE>

Der Schaftstab eines Schaftrahmens für eine Webmaschine mit flachem Profil ist als Sandwich aufgebaut mit einem leichten Sandwichkern (15) und damit verbundenen Deckschichten (16) aus thermoplastischem Verbundwerkstoff mit technischen Endlosfasern. An der Aussenseite des Profils ist eine steife Längsverstärkung (17) und an der Innenseite eine Tragschiene (18) angeordnet, welche beide mit der Deckschicht (16) mechanisch fest verbunden sind. Dies ergibt einfach aufgebaute, leichte und steife Schaftstäbe und Schaftrahmen. <IMAGE>
