Abstract (en)
The heald stave of a heald frame for a weaving machine of flat profile has two half-shells (16) which consist of a thermoplastic fibre composite with industrial filaments, form a hollow profile (15) and are firmly connected mechanically to one another. On the outside of the profile is arranged a rigid longitudinal reinforcement (17) and on the inside a supporting rail (18) which are both firmly connected mechanically to the half-shells (16). This produces simply constructed light and rigid heald staves and heald frames. <IMAGE>

Der Schaftstab eines Schaftrahmens für eine Webmaschine mit flachem Profil weist zwei Halbschalen (16) auf, welche aus thermoplastischem Faserverbundwerkstoff mit technischen Endlosfasern bestehen, ein Hohlprofil (15) bilden und mechanisch fest miteinander verbunden sind. An der Aussenseite des Profils ist eine steife Längsverstärkung (17) und an der Innenseite eine Tragschiene (18) angeordnet, welche beide mit den Halbschalen (16) mechanisch fest verbunden sind. Dies ergibt einfach aufgebaute, leichte und steife Schaftstäbe und Schaftrahmen. <IMAGE>
