Abstract (en)
The heald stave of a heald frame for a weaving machine of flat profile has a profiled shell (16) made of composite thermoplastic with industrial filaments. Arranged on the outside of the profile is a rigid longitudinal reinforcement (17) and on the inside a supporting rail (18) which are both firmly connected mechanically to the profile shell (16). This produces simply constructed cost-effective and light heald staves and heald frames. <IMAGE>

Der Schaftstab eines Schaftrahmens für eine Webmaschine mit flachem Profil weist eine profilierte Schale (16) aus thermoplastischem Verbundwerkstoff mit technischen Endlosfasern auf. An der Aussenseite des Profils ist eine steife Längsverstärkung (17) und an der Innenseite eine Tragschiene (18) angeordnet, welche beide mit der Profilschale (16) mechanisch fest verbunden sind. Dies ergibt einfach aufgebaute, kostengünstige und leichte Schaftstäbe und Schaftrahmen. <IMAGE>
