[origin: EP0504677A1] A constructionally simple and functionally reliable fitting for a wing of doors, windows or the like, which is movable approximately parallel out of a wall aperture, for example a fixedly installed frame, and is horizontally displaceable in this position, is proposed. It has lower and upper swivel arms, the lower swivel arms (10) on the one hand being mounted rotatably on a respective running carriage (12) via an axle pin (11) and a bearing journal (14). A releasable locking device (17) for the lower swivel arms (10) located in the position moved in parallel is provided. It interacts with a two-armed lever (18) which forms two hook levers (18a) and (18b) connected firmly to one another in one piece and which is mounted solely pivotably on the swivel arm (10) about a bearing journal (19) at a distance from the pivot axis (119) located on the running carriage. To fix the swivel arm (10) relative to the wing (3) in the position of parallel movement, the fixing engagement (21) and the control faces (21 and 29) for the first hook lever (18a) are located on the wing (3).
